If your country does not show - please contact our client services team at and they will look into this for you. Please note that there may be some minor delays for international deliveries during this time. All orders can be tracked online, and require a signature upon delivery to ensure your order gets to you safely.

As soon as your item has been dispatched, we will send you over a dispatch email which will contain your tracking number and information on how to track your order. Please note; once you have placed your order, we are unable to make any changes, so please double check all details and make sure they are right the first time round.


If your order is being shipped to Australia, there may be extra charges. This cost will be confirmed at checkout. All UK, US, AUS and ROW orders will be shipped from Manchester, England. If you are shipping to anywhere else in the world, there may be additional charges. You will be able to find out an approximate cost from your local governments website.

Refusal of delivery resulting in a return will have the delivery fee, and an additional cost of a return fee charged for a re-delivery, or deducted if refunded. You can see the return fees here
